General Terms and Conditions of Sale

• Article 1 - Purpose

  These general terms and conditions of sale govern all contractual relations between the Momochi online store and its customers. They apply to all orders placed on the online store's website.

• Article 2 - Products

  The products offered for sale on the online store's website are described as accurately as possible. However, product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. The online store cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions in the product descriptions.

• Article 3 - Prices

  Product prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT), and are valid at the time of order. The online store reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while ensuring that the customer is charged the price in effect at the time of order.

• Article 4 - Order

  The order will only be considered final once payment has been validated by the online store. The information provided by the customer when placing the order is binding. The online store cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer in the wording of their contact details, particularly their delivery address.

• Article 5 - Payment

  Payment for orders is made online by credit card or any other payment method accepted by the online store. Payments are secured and processed by a third-party online payment platform.

• Article 6 - Delivery

  The online store commits to delivering the products ordered within the timeframes indicated at the time of order. In case of a delivery delay, the online store can only be held liable if the delay is attributable to it. Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

• Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal

  In accordance with current legal provisions, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs, which remain the customer's responsibility. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to be eligible for a refund.

• Article 8 - Warranties

  Products sold by the online store are covered by legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with current legal provisions. The online store commits to refunding or exchanging defective products or those not matching the customer's order, provided that the customer requests this within the legally stipulated timeframes and the products are returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).
